3. Type of Repair being requested

If submitting a custom design request please note the following in the “Question / Request” Section:

1. Type of item you would like to have designed
2. Type of metal you would like to use
3. If a ring, what size you will need
4. What your time line is for completion
5. If you will be supplying your own stones or if stones will need to be provided for the design
6. Contact Phone Number AND Email Address.

It is best to be able to communicate via telephone and email. Custom designs require in-depth discussion and open lines of communication to ease the design process and facilitate your vision to completion.
