Shipping with UPS

We recommend using UPS to ship your items.  Why? They provide the ability to track the package at every step along the way. This not only provides peace of mind that your package is where it is supposed to be, but enables you to see when your package is due to us or back to you.

They provide email notification options that let you know when the item has shipped and when it is due to arrive.  If a package is ever misplaced, which rarely happens, it can easily be found and returned to the correct path of delivery.

UPS automatically protects every shipment against loss or damage up to a value of $100.00. With Declared Value, you can request protection up to $50,000.00 per package. See UPS official page for details.

Shipping with USPS

USPS is the least expensive option. They provide higher insured values than UPS, however, packages are not as trackable.

According to the USPS, Registered Mail™ provides the maximum security out of all of their shipping methods.  They recommend this option for valuable or irreplaceable items.

Items sent with Registered Mail are placed under tight security from the point of mailing to the point of delivery, and insured up to $25,000 against loss or damage. And you can verify the date and time of delivery and the delivery attempts online. See USPS official page for details.
